Silvi Vacanza Agency Policy

1 – BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Reservations will be considered valid only upon receipt of the deposit to be paid by bank transfer and / or postal order in the name of the person who made the reservation, within 5 days from the date of our confirmation of availability. Please send the receipt of the money order or bank transfer with an email to info@silvivacanza.it indicating the name and surname used for the booking. Who leaves these terms without having made the payment, will be considered renouncer and authorizes, in fact, to cancel the reservation. The balance of the lease must take place when the keys are handed over. Payment can be made in cash, by debit card, credit card or cashier’s check.

2 – CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND RECESSI

In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be due. If, however, the withdrawal was communicated in writing and verbally to the Agenzia Immobiliare Silvi Vacanza at least 20 days before the beginning of the stay, said withdrawal will only result in the loss of the deposit. After this deadline, the customer must pay the sum agreed for the full amount.

3 – ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Upon delivery of the keys and the balance of the leases, the customer must show his tax code and the details of an identification document. The apartments will be available from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm on the day of arrival (for key collection please go to our Agency) and must be vacated no later than 9.00 am on the day of departure, in perfect order and cleanliness, without garbage, with the washed dishes, the empty refrigerator and the furniture in their place (please return the keys to the staff of the Agency to check the apartment). In the event that the apartment is not left according to the conditions listed above, the Agency reserves the right to retain € 50.00 (fifty euros / 00) from the security deposit. It is recommended in the interests of the kind customers to respect the pre-established times. On the day of arrival, in the case of an advance on your time, please contact us by telephone or telematic: check-in will be allowed, but not the entrance to the apartment that will always take place starting from 4:00pm. Should the arrival be delayed, it will be necessary to inform the Silvi Vacanza Real Estate Agency at the numbers +39 331 47 34 056 .

4 – PRICES AND EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENTS

The prices of the price list are per apartment and are intended for a week’s stay. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchenware. The elevator, the washing machine, the television, the iron, the air conditioning and the other options are present, only if specified in the apartment’s card.

5 – STAYS

It is forbidden to host a greater number of people than is foreseen by the number of beds of the rented apartment. The Silvi Vacanza Real Estate Agency reserves the right to check the number of occupants in the apartment. In case of a higher number than established, the Agency will request a supplement of € 100.00 (euro cents / 00) for each additional person. Pets are allowed only if previously communicated by the client and approved by the Agency, as not all apartments can accommodate them. All guests are required to observe the generally applicable condominium rules, especially the rules relating to the quiet during the afternoon hours (from 14:00 to 16:00) and the night (from 24:00 to 08:00).

6 – SECURITY DEPOSIT

To guarantee the good conservation of apartments and inventoried items, upon arrival the client is required to pay a deposit of € 100.00 (euro cents / 00) for families and € 200.00 (two hundred euros / 00) for groups of children and in the presence of pets. The security deposit will be returned at the same time as the return of the keys, after checking the apartment and subject to deduction of damages caused or for the lack of cleaning of the kitchenette. In case of early departure, outside the office hours, the deposit will be sent after the apartment has been checked. The Agency reserves the right to contact the customer in case he finds any breakages, damages, shortages of tools in the apartment, whose communication is mandatory, or personal objects, more or less valuable, belonging to the customer.

7 – COMPLAINTS

Each apartment has been visited and checked by the staff of the Agency and the descriptions contained in the correspondent cards are true and written in good faith. We disclaim any responsibility for any changes that have occurred as a result of your booking due to force
